A new Ab workout tool allows you to add your own workouts, add new workouts, and share them with the world.

But don’t expect to find any new muscle mass to your core.

Instead, you’ll be able to see the same Ab workout from your feet, back, and shoulders.

The Ab is the brainchild of Abi Ebenstein, who had no experience in the fitness world when she first set out to create the tool.

“I had been looking for a way to share my workouts and work out in a simple way,” she told ABC News.

In her first batch of Ab workouts, she wanted to be able take the Ab machine, upload it to Facebook, and post it in the comments section of a workout.

That didn’t quite work out for her.

When it was time to update the app, Ebensteins team realized it needed to get its data from Facebook and create a custom algorithm to determine the best fit.

After all, it was the kind of thing that would likely require Facebook to share its data to other apps.

So they decided to create a more comprehensive algorithm, one that would be useful to anyone.

And so they built Ab Workout.

Once you start up the app and click the ‘Connect’ button, you will be taken to the website where you will have to create your account.

You’ll then be taken into the dashboard, where you’ll then see a list of workouts that you can add to your playlist.

For a few minutes, you can then add your workouts to the list and see them in action.

As you do this, the Ab Work out will automatically generate a custom workout, along with your Facebook username and Facebook password.

At this point, the new workout is going to appear in your playlist, along side all the others that you’ve added.

This means that your friends, family, and colleagues can now see your workouts and see what you’ve been up to.

They can also add their own workouts and share it with the whole world.

You can even delete your own workout if you so choose.

It’s the perfect way to get people to see what they’ve been doing.

Ab Workout is also a fantastic way to give people some information about the device.

If you’ve set up your Facebook account with your username and password, you may be able see your workout history in the Ab website.

To get more detailed information about your Ab workout, you have two options: 1) you can open up the Ab site to see your stats (which will show you the most recent workout you’ve done) and the last time you used the device (which you can’t change); or 2) you’ll just use the screen grab feature that shows the latest activity for the device in real time, with your name, gym number, and a link to the Ab profile.

I’ve been using the new AB Workout for the past couple of weeks, and have been loving it so far.

Using it for the first time, I noticed how easy it is to put together a workout using just one screengrab and one screenshot.

Each workout will be automatically stored on the device, and once you have a few workouts, you just tap on them to get started.

There are a few things to note though: – You will be asked to enter your Facebook password to authenticate.

– The Ab site does not support sharing or sharing with anyone other than your friends.

If you’ve setup your Facebook profile with your account password, it’s really easy to add other people to your workout playlist by simply adding them to the playlist.

You will still be asked for your Facebook login.

What is the Ab app about?

It is designed to help you add your workout, share it, and watch it live.

Here’s how it works: 1.

You’ll first need to create an account on Ab, and then you will create a workout on your device.


After you’ve created a workout, the workout will appear on your screen.


When you see a photo of your workout that you want to share, you must click the Share button to share the image to your friends or the world via Facebook.


After sharing, you then have the option to see all of your friends’ workouts or just your own.


Finally, when you’re done with a workout and want to see who shared it, you are able to just click on the person’s name and get all their info.

How to add a workout to the app?

Once your workout is added to the AB playlist, just follow the instructions.

Just select a workout from the menu on your phone, then click the Add button to add it.

Click the Share icon to add the image, then add the person to your own playlist. Then
